Can I identify what events were done by a user?
Communication Platform automatically captures and stores a complete audit trail of user-initiated actions performed through the front-end interface. Every front-end action that results in a configuration change or data update is logged automatically. Logged events include:
- Action Type: CREATE, UPDATE, DELETE
- Scope: The functional area impacted (e.g., INPUT_DATA_MAPPING, SENDING_CONFIGURATION, PEPPOL_CHANNEL_CONFIGURATION, etc.)
- Timestamp: The exact time the operation was performed
- User Info: Full name, email address of the user
- Entity Info: Entity ID and associated metadata (e.g., tenant or organization context)
- Parameters: Full list of parameter values submitted as part of the action
Each log entry receives a unique log ID for traceability and can be searched and consulted via the dedicated User Logs interface under the Administration section. A list view offers quick filtering and sorting by user, scope, action type or date. A detail view is available per log country, allowing for in-depth review of the action’s context and parameters.
