Release note 1.9

The Communication Platform is designed to make it easier for our customers to manage the sending of documents. By simplifying integration and reducing maintenance efforts, we help organizations focus on their business.

What's new in this release

Increased Data Export Limits for reporting

We increased the export capacity by introducing a variable allowing exports of up to 100,000 rows (instead 5,000). This enhancement provides users with greater flexibility when extracting large datasets.
In addition, we improved the user experience by introducing a clearer and more informative error message when the maximum export limit of 100,000 rows is reached.

Better visibility of active shipments

We've refined the filtering experience for active submissions and fixed issues that could lead to unexpected error messages.

Improved user account management

We removed the password management option from the "My Account" section for users authenticated through Single Sign-On (SSO). Since credentials are managed directly by the organization's identity provider, password changes and resets must be performed through the organization's authentication system.

Greater reliability for processing ZIP files

To support large-scale document exchanges, we have strengthened the process of processing ZIP files. The system now handles incomplete downloads more efficiently and provides increased robustness when processing ZIP packets.

Additional improvements and bug fixes

Along with these improvements, this release includes a series of bug fixes, performance optimizations, and customer-requested improvements. These updates contribute to a more stable, responsive, and reliable platform experience for all users. The version of the platform now appears at the bottom of the page, as here version 1.9.
