Can I retrieve inbound e-invoices via additional methods?

Documents can automatically be retrieved through secure interfaces such as SFTP and API:

• You can integrate invoice reception directly into your internal systems, such as ERP, accounting, document management solutions, without manual downloads;
• Invoices validated and stored in the platform can be automatically transferred, synchronized or fetched based on predefined schedules or on-demand queries
  

The system supports diverse IT environments, increasing automation, interoperability and process efficiency while maintaining compliance and security.

There are 2 secure interfaces for accessing validated inbound invoices:

• SFTP Channel: provides controlled access to designated folders containing processed invoices (UBL, XML, PDF, JSON, and attachments). File availability can follow customer defined- retention rules and transfers use SSH key authentication with restricted directory permissions.
• REST API interface: allows programmatic retrieval of invoices and metadata via authenticated HTTPS endpoints. It supports filtering parameters (e.g. date, supplier, status) and returns structured responses containing payload URLs or direct binary content.
