Doccle

Release 1.10 reactivates the Doccle delivery channel on the Communication Platform.

Delivery feedback is surfaced through the Audit Trail rather than the legacy DFU flow. Once the increments are validated, the channel can be switched on for controlled test and production activation.

Important note: in the current implementation, a document is anyway sent to the Doccle channel, even if the receiver has not opted in for Doccle document receival. This means customers must be aware that they will be charged for any document sent to Doccle, even if receiver will not read it on Doccle. A customer might therefore pay twice for the delivery of the document (charged for Doccle delivery AND for the fallback channel).
